AusHeritage Ethics and Heritage Practice Symposium

Join us for a free online symposium as we explore some of the issues relating to a contemporary understanding of ethical approaches to heritage practice, drawing on Australian and international experts.

Topics covered include:

  • Respect
  • The ethical challenges of climate change and sustainability
  • Ethics in differing cultures and communities – implications for heritage practice

Introductory keynotes to each session will set the scene and canvass critical issues. Each keynote will be followed by short presentations from expert panelists, after which there will be an opportunity for Q&A and general discussion involving all the presenters and online participants.
