Commercial practice

Diagnosis and planning: we diagnose authenticity and competitive advantage, what the market wants and isn’t getting, what experiences are driving the brand and what products need invigoration. Product development: we reinvigorate and develop experiences that meet unfulfilled customer needs, leaving the destination or business more competitively positioned to attract greater market share and customer yield. Feasibility studies: through our development and operational experience, we apply market testing, development costing, risk analysis and investor procurement to help get political, funding and operational support for catalytic projects.
