AusHeritage and Think City Dinner – 11 April 2019

AusHeritage hosted a Think City Delegation dinner on 11 April 2019 at the Sydney offices of GML Heritage. AusHeritage and Think City (based in Malaysia) recently signed an MoU to develop a mutual relationship.

The delegation from Think City came to Sydney to consider waterfront development in relation to future development in Penang. The delegation also visited one of AusHeritage members – Australian National Maritime Museum – for a guided tour.

A number of AusHeritage members from Sydney attended the dinner and Board member Graham Ormsby welcomed the guests on behalf of the Chairman Vinod Daniel. The Hon Jagdeep Singh Deo, State Assemblyman for Datok Keramat, Penang thanked AusHeritage and noted the delegation’s appreciation.

The evening was a very relaxed way to meet the delegation and to understand their requirements for a potential future working relationship on the Penang waterfront – further developing the previous and current professional connections with AusHeritage members.
